To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to do the following:

 

  • Follow up, collection and allocation of payments
  • Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
  • Reconciliation of accounts.
  • Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
  • Maintain accounts receivable customer files.
  • Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries.
  • Communicating with customers via phone, mail, or personally.
  • Performs additional duties as required and or requested.
Additionally the candidate must meet the following education and experience requirements:

 

  • Knowledge of Accounts Receivable
  • Knowledge of office administration and procedures.
  • Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to do the following:
  • Associate will manage, develop and maintain e-commerce relationships with online retailers (E.g. Lowes.com, HomeDepot.com, Amazon.com, Menards.com, Overstock.com, Wal-Mart.com, Wayfair.com, Houzz.com, Costco.com, etc.)
  • Utilize optimization of product assortment and category expansion to generate and drive sales.
  • Analyze the catalog and reports product and category trends, sales and margins.
  • Have a strong understanding of category, product and vendor performance.
  • Responsible for suggesting on site promotions.
  • Develop and analyze sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales growth goals each month.
  • In charge of uploading product data, and inputting accurate data entry.
  • Performs additional duties as required and or requested. 
Additionally the candidate must meet the following education and experience requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or college coursework preferred. High School Education required.
  • Minimum two (2) years of E-commerce account management experience (E.g. Lowes.com, HomeDepot.com, Amazon.com, Menards.com, Overstock.com, Wal-Mart.com, etc.)
  • Previous Big Box customer service experience is a plus, and experience selling across various online channels is required.

  • Manages Executives calendar and independently schedules appointments.
  • Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to do the following:
  • Responsible for loading and unloading Granite, Stone and Quartz Slabs, adequate training will be provided
  • Assist sales associates and visiting customers
  • Assure for the quantity and quality of the outgoing orders
  • Pull slabs from the warehouse from the slab orders provided
  • Move slabs to loading areas by using overhead cranes
  • Load slabs on customer’s vehicle/truck
  • Ensure that product is well secured on vehicle/truck and takes all necessary safety measures
  • Unload slabs from containers using forklifts
  • Arrange slabs properly by forklift/crane in Slab Warehouse
  • Responsible for maintaining the slab warehouse clean and safe for staff and customers
  • Performs additional duties as required and or requested.
Additionally the candidate must meet the following education and experience requirements:
  •  
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Forklift, crane and warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to use Smart Phones/Tablets
  • Good communicate skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Current Shift: 7pm-5:30am Sunday-Friday
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working the graveyard shift
