To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to do the following:
  • Responsible for loading and unloading Granite, Stone and Quartz Slabs, adequate training will be provided

  • Assist sales associates and visiting customers

  • Assure for the quantity and quality of the outgoing orders

  • Pull slabs from the warehouse from the slab orders provided

  • Move slabs to loading areas by using overhead cranes

  • Load slabs on customer’s vehicle/truck

  • Ensure that product is well secured on vehicle/truck and takes all necessary safety measures

  • Unload slabs from containers using forklifts

  • Arrange slabs properly by forklift/crane in Slab Warehouse

  • Responsible for maintaining the slab warehouse clean and safe for staff and customers

  • Performs additional duties as required and or requested.

Additionally the candidate must meet the following education and experience requirements:
  1. 1-2 years of experience

  2. Forklift, crane and warehouse experience preferred

  3. Ability to use Smart Phones/Tablets

  4. Good communicate skills

  5. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

Current Shift Available:  Mon-Fri 4pm-12:30am, Alternating Saturday 9am-1pm.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to do the following:
  • Develops relationships with current customers and potential customers within specific territory
  • Assist customers by providing knowledge and training company products to their store personnel, to ensure personnel is able to present product and negotiate well with consumers
  • Understands our products, our market competition and how to position products to overcome these factors
  • Manages displays, samples, and selling tools for customer availability.
  • Understands retail business financials to consult with dealers on retail pricing, advertising, promotions and ROI.
  • Quotes prices, discusses credit terms and prepares sales contracts for customer orders
  • Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of company’s delivery schedules.
  • Review and analyze various sales reports to identify sales potential with current customers and potential new customers
  • Utilize any and all marketing tools such as catalogs, brochures and vendor collateral to broaden reach in territory and promote company product
  • Researches and analyzes customer needs and demands based on market information
  • Investigates and resolves customer claims/problems with deliveries, returns and credits
  • Attends trade shows throughout the year as required
  • Travels 40% - 80% locally, occasionally nationally and/or internationally.
  • Performs additional duties as required and or requested.
Additionally the candidate must meet the following education and experience requirements:
  • Strong math skills calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, area, and volume.
  • Ability to determine solutions for customers.
  • Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver’s license

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. H.S. Diploma Required.
  • Two (2) plus years’ experience in Tile Sales
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ Sales experience within the natural stone industry required.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:

  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving
  • Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
  • Provide high level of customer service
  • Good organizational skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to do the following:
  • Responsible for the promotion of Hardscape Products.
  • Visit Landscape Dealers, Tile Retailers, and company showrooms to promote MSI Hardscape products.
  • Perform Product Knowledge seminars to MSI Sales Team and Customers through face to face presentations and webinars.
  • Train the customer’s sales force on MSI product lines
  • Set up displays at customer locations
  • Coordinate with customers to maintain appropriate quantities of promotional materials
  • Assist in development of sales tools that support growth of the hardscape product line.
  • Track use of and measure effectiveness of marketing tools.
  • Manage shipments of materials to various store / branch meetings and various trade shows.
  • Travels up to 75% domestically.  Includes visits to branches, dealers, and off-site meetings to support and promote the sales of Hardscape Products.
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Performs additional duties as required and or requested.
Additionally the candidate must meet the following education and experience requirements:
  • Ideal candidate will have experience in selling / marketing products.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented. Ability to manage multiple tasks with demanding deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Business minded; good with data and has a general understanding of sales and profit growth.
  • A desire to grow within themselves and within the company.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma required. College Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Three (3) plus years’ of Marketing/Sales/Business Development experience

  • Excellent communications (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Provide high level of customer service
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strategic level thinking: Ability to work strategically and analytically.
